CLEANING FEE POLICY:
Cleaning fee varies per unit. It is calculated at $100.00 per bedroom of the rental units.
Ex: Two bedroom units, 2 x 100.00 = $200.00 Cleaning fee
1.5 bedroom unit, 1.5 x 150.00 = $150.00 Cleaning fee
CLEANING FEE IS REFUNDED BY MAIL AFTER FINAL WALK-THROUGH PROVIDED THAT UNIT IS LEFT IN SAME CONDITION AS ARRIVAL. (i.e. CLEAN AND NO DAMAGES AT THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT)
Cleaning fees are refunded back to the credit card used at the time of booking or will be mailed back to the renter the Tuesday following check-out if paid by cash or check. There are NO check issued at the rental property.
***Cleaning products & utensils are provided in ALL units.
ALL Units & Cottages are to be cleaned before departure and left in the same condition as arrival.
- All floors swept & mopped clean
- All carpets & stairs vacuumed
- All pots, pans, dishes, and silverware to be washed and put away dry in its place
- All stoves, refrigerators, counters, and sinks to be wiped clean
- All sinks and showers to be wiped clean and free of sand/footprints
- All toilets to be wiped & cleaned
- All beds to be left with a mattress pad, bedspread, shams, and pillows if applicable
